Patterns that look like crochet embroidery, so light that they are reminiscent of lace!
Locally known as wire or filigree jewellery, it was the dominant way of making jewellery in Cyprus and in many other Mediterranean countries!
We have revived identical designs from molds found in old goldsmiths’ workshops and at the same time created a new collection by the Cypriot brand, Elegy, in authentic silver 925 and gold plated, with small artistic interventions with double daisies as the dominant shape.
Our aim is to revive folk art and the continuity of our cultural heritage through a different perspective.
